Introduction

This site is to educate the people on how to defend their rights either in a court or in everyday life.   The information and opinions in this site are just that; information and opinions, nothing more nothing less.   There is no fool proof way to win a court case, even if you know the law it doesn't stop others from breaking it.  It is important to research any of the ideas conveyed on this site thoroughly and draw your own conclusions, about the law.

Also if you intend to break the law this information will be useless, this site is for sharing information on how to work with the system of justice as it exists in the secular realm to use it in a manner that it defends your rights and secures your property.  This information is not for those that intend to break any laws.

The system of law like anything else has a balance, it has both accepts of good and bad.  Currently the system would appear to be out of balance, however it would seem that people themselves are also out of balance so what would you expect.  However a well informed individual may "tip the scales of justice" in their favor if they are right with themselves, others and more importantly nature and/or their creator.  All true law stems from natural and universal law, one must rely on these "karmic" forces to help tip the scales of justice, as it can not be done by only one person.

You must rely on others in securing your rights and liberties,  always be humble and have a sense of decorum, less all the law and knowledge in the universe can not save you.   The people you encounter in the system of law have a well defined job, and they must follow their outlined procedures, if you learn and get to know their procedures and give them the proper tools to help fight for you, they just may if they can see you are right.

Knowing your rights and law can not only protect your rights, but saves you thousands of dollars in laser and attorney fees as well.  Knowing your law can also assist you in negotiating with credit cards for lower interest rates, insurance companies, and even mortgage and loan rates.

This brief introductions and disclaimer serves to protect those who read this site from themselves, don't just run with something you learn here and think it will get you out of a mess you created, study, study, study and when you think you know it all, study again.
